I felt welcomed from the very start. the staff were attentive, warm, and lovely. i adored the complimentary prosecco and snacks. It added such a special touch to my evening. the bed offered quality linens, duvets, and feather pillows for sleeping.
i found that the room was a bit smaller than i anticipated, but still very manageable.

Really good Service and Stylish Decor

attentive staffconvenient locationsmall room
The staff was friendly. The interior design created a cool atmosphere. Breakfast was delivered to the room and included granola, a chocolate croissant, orange juice, a banana, and a hot beverage. I appreciated the super convenient location near the train station, bars, and restaurants.
My beautiful double room was very small, and the bathroom was similarly compact. Noise from people on the metal staircase made sleep difficult. The room was also dark, but I couldn't open the shutters because of the building directly opposite.
Rooms
8/10
The room featured a tv and netflix access. Hair dryers and curling irons were a bonus. The room included soap and shampoo, and the room guide was helpful.
Service
10/10
Staff members were very accommodating and helpful. The bed was super comfy and breakfast in bed was a perfect touch. Free bonuses were a lovely treat and surprise on arrival.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Hot drinks are complimentary. Slippers are available upon request. The hotel offers a leaflet with recommendations of places to go.

The location felt special. It was very close to everything i wanted to see. the decor had great detail. Every part felt thoughtfully arranged. prosecco and nibbles arrived in the late afternoon. That was a lovely surprise.
The room lacked space. There was nowhere to hang clothes. breakfast felt very light. the coffee tasted good! but it was not sufficiently hot.

underwhelming stay, issues with cleanliness and shower

friendly staffshower modesdreadful soundproofing
the staff was friendly as soon as i walked in.
the shower had only two modes. it was either stone cold or scalding, there was no in-between. this made it impossible to take a comfortable shower. also, the soundproofing was dreadful, i could hear every footstep and conversation from the rooms above and next to mine. it was a bit like staying in a hostel, not what i expected.

basic breakfastelevator noise
the breakfast delivered to the room felt quite basic. it arrived in a paper bag, and while the ingredients were okay, there wasn't much choice (i was hoping for more). also, our room was right next to the elevator (room 102), so i heard it going up and down pretty much all night. it made it difficult to sleep well.

Acceptable, but with Caveats

comfortable bedroom sizenoise problem
The bed was comfortable (a definite plus).
The room felt quite cramped. Two people could not easily pass each other. The noise level was a significant issue. Every sound from the corridor and street was audible. Earplugs were provided, a clear indication the hotel is aware of the problem. (Why not fix it then?)
